What to include

  • For a check-up already requested: the email you used in the form.
  • For a payment: the email used at checkout (Stripe sends you a receipt).
  • For the Copilot: your platform (MT5 or TradingView) and a screenshot if something looks wrong.

We never ask for passwords

We will never ask for your platform password, investor password or prop firm login. Do not send them to anyone who writes in our name.

Non chiediamo mai password

Non ti chiederemo mai la password della piattaforma, la password investor o il login della prop. Non darli a nessuno che ti scriva a nome nostro.
