The rules for using RetryLab and buying its services.

These terms govern the use of retrylab.app and the services offered on it by Stefano Capoccia (trading as RetryLab), NIE X5128518R, Barcelona, España. Email: info@retrylab.app.
RetryLab is not a prop firm, broker or investment firm. We do not provide investment advice, personal recommendations, trading signals or account management, and we never place trades. Our reports describe what happened in the data you send and simulate rules on that data. We are not affiliated with any prop firm; their names are used only to describe their published rules.
We do not guarantee that you will pass a challenge, receive a payout or make a profit. Simulations are hypothetical and based on past data. Trading involves the risk of losing money. See the Risk disclaimer.
You confirm that you have the right to share the file you send. The quality of the analysis depends on the completeness of the file and on the rules you indicate. Prop firm rules change: your firm's dashboard is always the final reference. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy policy.
The free check-up is offered to the first 15 traders who request it. In exchange you allow us to use your case in anonymous form (never your name, email or account number). We may decline a request, for example if the file cannot be read.
Prices are shown in euros on the site and at checkout. Any applicable taxes are included in the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details.
The first numbers are shown on the site right after you send the file. The full report is sent by email, usually within 72 hours of receiving a readable file. Copilot files are sent by email with installation instructions. If a delay occurs we will tell you.
If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services and digital content, by paying and sending your file you ask us to start immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully provided or the digital content has been delivered. Regardless of this, you get a full refund if we cannot read your file or cannot deliver what you bought. If you are not satisfied, write to info@retrylab.app within 14 days and we will review it case by case.
The Copilot and our indicators are read-only: they display information and warnings and never open, modify or close orders. You remain fully responsible for every trading decision. They are licensed for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed. The free Prop Firm Guard indicator is published as open source under the licence shown on TradingView.
The site, reports, texts, code and design belong to Stefano Capoccia. Your report is for your personal use.
Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or decisions you make using our reports, tools or indicators. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms. The version published when you buy applies to that purchase.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may go to the courts of your domicile. Before any claim, write to us: most problems are solved by email.

I nostri report descrivono cosa è successo nei dati che ci invii e simulano regole su quei dati. Non siamo affiliati a nessuna prop firm; i loro nomi sono usati solo per descrivere le regole che pubblicano.

Il check-up gratuito è offerto ai primi 15 trader che lo richiedono. In cambio ci permetti di usare il tuo caso in forma anonima (mai nome, email o numero di conto). Possiamo rifiutare una richiesta, per esempio se il file non è leggibile.
I prezzi sono indicati in euro sul sito e nella pagina di pagamento. Le eventuali imposte applicabili sono incluse nel prezzo mostrato al pagamento. Il pagamento è gestito da Stripe; non riceviamo né conserviamo i dati della tua carta.
I primi numeri compaiono sul sito subito dopo l'invio del file. Il report completo arriva per email, di solito entro 72 ore dalla ricezione di un file leggibile. I file del Copilota arrivano per email con le istruzioni. In caso di ritardo ti avvisiamo.
Se sei un consumatore nell'UE hai di norma 14 giorni per recedere da un contratto a distanza. Per i servizi e i contenuti digitali, pagando e inviando il file ci chiedi di iniziare subito e prendi atto che il diritto di recesso si perde quando il servizio è stato interamente prestato o il contenuto digitale è stato consegnato. In ogni caso ti rimborsiamo per intero se non riusciamo a leggere il tuo file o a consegnare quanto acquistato. Se non sei soddisfatto, scrivi a info@retrylab.app entro 14 giorni e valutiamo caso per caso.
Il Copilota e i nostri indicatori sono di sola lettura: mostrano informazioni e avvisi e non aprono, modificano o chiudono mai ordini. Ogni decisione di trading resta interamente tua. Sono concessi per uso personale e non possono essere rivenduti o ridistribuiti. L'indicatore gratuito Prop Firm Guard è pubblicato come open source con la licenza indicata su TradingView.
Sito, report, testi, codice e grafica appartengono a Stefano Capoccia. Il tuo report è per uso personale.
La nostra responsabilità complessiva per ogni servizio è limitata all'importo pagato. Non rispondiamo di perdite di trading, mancati guadagni o decisioni prese usando i nostri report, strumenti o indicatori. Nulla in questi termini limita responsabilità non limitabili per legge o i tuoi diritti di consumatore.
Possiamo aggiornare questi termini. All'acquisto si applica la versione pubblicata in quel momento.
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge spagnola. Se sei un consumatore mantieni la protezione delle norme imperative del tuo paese di residenza e puoi rivolgerti ai giudici del tuo domicilio. Prima di qualsiasi reclamo scrivici: quasi tutto si risolve per email.
