Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Stefano Capoccia (trading as RetryLab), NIE X5128518R, Barcelona, España. Email: info@retrylab.app.

What we collect and why

• Check-up request: email, your answers (prop firm, account size, rules, trading style), an optional note and the trade history file. Purpose: preparing and delivering your analysis. Legal basis: the contract or the steps you ask for before it (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Trade reports can contain your name or account number: you can remove them before sending.
• Anonymous use of the free check-up: if you request the free check-up you consent to the anonymous use of your case (art. 6.1.a). We never publish your name, email or account number. You can withdraw consent by email.
• First numbers on the site: calculated in your browser. Only a short summary (number of trades, the limit hit, typical loss, patterns found) is sent with your request.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, the product and the amount, never your card details. Legal basis: contract and legal obligations (accounting and tax, art. 6.1.c).
• Rule-change emails: your email, only if you tick the consent box (art. 6.1.a). Unsubscribe by replying "stop".
• Emails you send us: to answer you (art. 6.1.b or 6.1.f).
• Statistics: GoatCounter, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you (art. 6.1.f).

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site saves in your browser only your language and the values you type in the calculators, so you find them next time. They stay on your device and you can delete them from your browser settings.

Who processes data for us

• Netlify (hosting and forms)
• Stripe (payments)
• Google (email via Gmail; Google Fonts loads the site's fonts)
• GoatCounter (cookie-free statistics)
• cdnjs / Cloudflare (delivery of a graphics library)

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; they do so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

• Trade history files: deleted within 60 days of delivering your analysis.
• Reports and correspondence: as long as needed to support you, then deleted, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
• Payment and invoicing records: for the period required by Spanish tax and commercial law (generally 6 years).
• Rule-change emails: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@retrylab.app. If you think your rights have not been respected you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Other

The service is for people aged 18 or over. We do not sell your data and we do not make decisions with legal effects based only on automated processing.

Cosa raccogliamo e perché

• Richiesta di check-up: email, le tue risposte (prop, dimensione del conto, regole, stile di trading), una nota facoltativa e il file dello storico dei trade. Finalità: preparare e consegnare l'analisi. Base giuridica: il contratto o le misure che chiedi prima di esso (art. 6.1.b GDPR). I report possono contenere nome o numero di conto: puoi toglierli prima dell'invio.
• Uso anonimo del check-up gratuito: se richiedi il check-up gratuito acconsenti all'uso anonimo del tuo caso (art. 6.1.a). Non pubblichiamo mai nome, email o numero di conto. Puoi revocare il consenso per email.
• Primi numeri sul sito: calcolati nel tuo browser. Con la richiesta viene inviato solo un breve riepilogo (numero di trade, limite superato, perdita tipica, schemi trovati).
• Pagamenti: gestiti da Stripe. Riceviamo nome, email, prodotto e importo, mai i dati della carta. Base giuridica: contratto e obblighi di legge (contabili e fiscali, art. 6.1.c).
• Email sui cambi di regole: la tua email, solo se spunti il consenso (art. 6.1.a). Ti cancelli rispondendo "stop".
• Email che ci scrivi: per risponderti (art. 6.1.b o 6.1.f).
• Statistiche: GoatCounter, che conta le visite senza cookie e senza identificarti (art. 6.1.f).

Cookie e memoria del browser

Non usiamo cookie pubblicitari o di tracciamento. Il sito salva nel tuo browser solo la lingua e i valori che scrivi nei calcolatori, così li ritrovi la volta dopo. Restano sul tuo dispositivo e puoi cancellarli dalle impostazioni del browser.

Chi tratta i dati per nostro conto

• Netlify (hosting e moduli)

• Google (email con Gmail; Google Fonts carica i caratteri del sito)

Alcuni di questi fornitori possono trattare dati fuori dallo Spazio economico europeo; lo fanno con le clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea o con il Data Privacy Framework UE-USA.

Per quanto tempo li conserviamo

• File dello storico dei trade: cancellati entro 60 giorni dalla consegna dell'analisi.
• Report e corrispondenza: per il tempo necessario ad assisterti, poi cancellati, salvo tua richiesta anticipata.
• Dati di pagamento e fatturazione: per il periodo richiesto dalla legge fiscale e commerciale spagnola (in genere 6 anni).
• Email sui cambi di regole: fino alla cancellazione.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità od opposizione, e revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento, scrivendo a info@retrylab.app. Se ritieni che i tuoi diritti non siano stati rispettati puoi rivolgerti all'autorità spagnola per la protezione dei dati (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
