Challenge pass simulator

Type your win rate, your average win in R and your risk per trade. The simulator plays 10,000 challenges with your prop's real limits and shows how many you pass, how the others fail, and which risk per trade gives your numbers the best chance.

Advanced: rules and limits

Assumptions: every trade risks the same amount and the stop is hit exactly (no slippage or gaps); trades are independent; minimum trading days and consistency rules are not modelled. Your dashboard and your real history are the final word.

Not sure of your real win rate and R?

Your trade history knows. The free check-up computes them from the challenge you lost, and shows what actually broke the account. Free for the first 15 traders.

How it works

Each simulated challenge starts at the initial balance. Every day the simulator places your average number of trades; each one wins with your win rate and pays your average R, or loses exactly the risk. After every trade it checks the prop's floors: today's daily floor (calculated as your firm does) and the max loss floor. Touching a floor ends the challenge; reaching the target ends the phase, and the next phase starts again from the initial balance. A challenge that is still running after the trading days you allow counts as "out of days".

Why does a lower risk sometimes pass less often?

Because with a small risk you need many more trades to reach the target, and each extra trade is another chance for a losing streak. The best risk is where these two forces balance, and it depends on your win rate and R:R.

Is this a prediction?

No. It shows what your numbers imply if they stay the same. Real trading has slippage, gaps, changing size and emotions: that is what the check-up looks for in your history.
